American Accent Training This site offers an extensive overview of American pronunciation and offers a six month training course, books and other materials as well as a teacher training courses. 
International Phonetic Association
The association responsible for the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) which is the standard alphabet for help with English and other language pronunciation. Information concerning the association.
